    Your personal data (as participants, authors or co-authors of abstracts and speakers at the Event) we process to the extent specified by the services we provide to you or for other processing purposes; and namely:

    • For the purpose of registering for the Event as a participant or author, we process your personal data in gender, address, name, surname, nationality, contact details such as address, telephone, e-mail, date of birth, nationality, titles, educational qualifications, field of activity. At You must first register for the event we are providing. Legal basis for such processing is the performance of a contract to which you are a party.
